Safety Programs

Site Orientation

All employees, subcontractors, and visitors receive site-specific safety orientations before beginning work. This ensures everyone understands project hazards, emergency procedures, and client requirements.

Hazard Assessments

Before any work begins, our teams conduct hazard assessments and job safety analyses to identify potential risks and establish safe work procedures. Daily toolbox meetings ensure hazards are communicated and reviewed regularly.

Training & Competency

Fibergeek personnel receive ongoing training in:

  • Fiber optic construction and restoration safety

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Ladder and elevated work safety

  • Traffic control awareness

  • Confined space awareness

  • First Aid & CPR

  • Emergency response procedures

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Appropriate PPE is mandatory whenever required by the work environment. Depending on project requirements, personnel may use:

All PPE is inspected regularly and maintained according to industry standards.
